This policy discusses how Experience Momentum Inc. and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate assets (collectively, “Experience Momentum,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use and share information collected through our website. By accessing our website, any mobile applications that integrate with or are associated with Experience Momentum you agree to be bound by the following terms. Do not use our site or our resources if you do not agree with all of these terms. Let's be real, if you are reading this, you should really contact us because there is no reason you should be trying to determine what our site terms and policies of use are. We are a healthcare company trying to make your life better, not a tech or retail company trying to scam your information. Read on if you must.

Collection, Use and Sharing of Information

We do collect information that you provide to us. For example, we collect the information you submit when you inquire about our services or contact us. We do this in order to respond to your requests and better serve your needs relative to those requests. We use this information to both directly respond to your inquires in addition to follow-up on your inquires. However, we do not sell your information or share your information with any third party vendors. This includes our partners. However, this does not mean that a partner or a third party vendor could learn about your existence through your participation in a partner event, being on our social medial, or being featured in one of our articles, blogs or posts. We simply cannot control that kind of data protection as the world wide web is far more complex than Experience Momentum. Should you wish your information not be collected, you must elect NOT to submit or provide your information in any for of electronic means. This brings you back to pen and paper. We have two physical locations that can accept mail and allow you to walk in and verbally provide your information. At that time, your information will be collected within our internal system which does not interface with the world wide web. If you have specific preferences about how your information is handled, you must submit a written request to Experience Momentum via either our info@experiencemomentum.com or in person stating how you would like your information handled. If we are able to meet your requests, we will, if not, we will recommend you consider seeking another facility that can meet your specific information needs. We also collect non-specific information about you and your habits on your website through Google Analytics. This does not include any identifiers to you directly, but does include demographic information. This enables us to better understand you and your needs. By accessing our website, you are agreeing to allow this. If you don't want this, don't access our website.

Social Sharing Features

Our website enables you to share our information via your social media accounts. This is an action you make and thus by sharing, you are agreeing to our terms around social sharing. Our terms include the reality that once you share this information, your friends and/or strangers will know that you have shared something from Experience Momentum. This may create an association to Experience Momentum and may create a perception that you are receiving a service at Experience Momentum. Because we offer Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition, Fitness and CrossFit services, the public may perceive that you are actively seeking one of these services. In these cases, we cannot protect against the perception as we normally do relative to the laws around HIPAA. Thus, by sharing, you are taking your own risk of exposing any confidential relationships you may have with Experience Momentum. By sharing our information, you are also agreeing to NOT provide slander, misappropriate our information, steal or mislead the public with our information. At any time, we reserve the right to request the removal of your share or the alteration of your text as we own all the property, text, images on this site.

We will likely change our policy as we learn more, as this world evolves, and as the craziness of information proliferation advances. We will notify you through in-facility and Website notifications if and when we make these changes.
