I’m Erin, and some call me the Chief of Shenanigans here, but really, the greatest part of my job is being able to help people in a way that they want and resonate with most, whether that be on the Physical Therapy Floor as an Athletic Trainer, in the gym as a coach or personal trainer, or out in the community. It's important to me that you're living a life that you love, and I'm here to help you create that while feeling strong and healthy along the way.

As an assistant fitness manager at our Mill Creek location and a couple and family therapy graduate student, I understand the power of a healthy mind and body. Witnessing an athlete redefine what's possible through success in the gym is a launching pad for many to discover how strong he/she/they truly is. One is able to realize one's strength not only in the gym but in living a life that inspires. It is my honor to act as a guide for athletes to pursue challenges they never thought they could overcome.
