This registration is for our Fremont location on Tuesdays at 7 PM & Wednesdays at 4PM. Please choose your desired time!

Classes run from the week of October 7th through the week of December 16th, with Thanksgiving week off.

If the colder weather gets you excited for snow and you want to feel confident on the slopes this winter, this class is built for you! 🏔️

This 10-week class series is designed and coached by our expert Physical Therapists with your sport in mind. The focus will be on single-leg stability, sport-specific plyometrics, and functional strengthening. All levels are welcome—whether you're recovering from an injury, aiming to prevent future ones, or simply want to build strength and performance.

In this specialty class, you will:

• Gain single-leg stability
• Build functional strength
• Reduce your risk of injury on the slopes
• Connect with an awesome community of athletes and of course have FUN!

Costs are $250 for non-members | $175 for members. Please select which option applies to your membership status with Experience Momentum Fitness (unlimited, 4x/month, 8x/month).
