Experience Momentum: A Place Where You Are Celebrated

RWP

When you step through the doors at Experience Momentum (EM), our goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and celebrated. We are dedicated to making each interaction meaningful, ensuring you leave feeling cherished and uplifted. Our commitment to continuous growth and learning drives us to constantly improve how we serve you. The magic truly happens in those moments of genuine connection, where our values shine through, and we can celebrate you in your entirety.

How We Train Our Staff to Foster Genuine Connection

New hires after workout

We invest in training our team members to ensure they embody our core values of being invested, humble, people-smart, self-aware, inclusive, innovative, candid, and vulnerable. When our staff feels seen, heard, celebrated, and developed in their roles, they provide you with the best possible service. By offering comprehensive training programs that cover both technical skills and personal development, we enable our team to excel in their roles and strive to be who they want to be.

Our quarterly new hire orientation is a prime example of this training. It is a particularly special time for me as the founder and CEO of Experience Momentum. We dedicate an entire day to connect with our new team members because I want them to know they are valued and supported from day one. We share stories, discuss our guiding values, and explore how we can live these values daily to help our customers and each other redefine what is possible in life.

At New Hire Orientation I saw just how intentional EM is about their impact on people—the comfort and ability to have meaningful conversations about connection, vulnerability, growth, and fears/worries was so cool to do with a group of mostly entire strangers. It feels like EM wants me for more than just the service I provide or the profit I can bring in, but that they truly care about my growth as a human. Within 6 weeks, I already feel cared for, valued, appreciated, and supported in ways I’ve never felt before with an employer.

Living Our Values

We continually work to create a space where every team member can bring their whole self to work, supported by a system that helps them grow and develop their potential. Our team members are encouraged to:

  • Take Initiative: We empower them to identify areas for improvement and take action.

  • Share Feedback: Open communication is key, allowing team members to share ideas and feedback.

One of our core values is candidness—the ability to be open, honest, and direct while still being kind and respectful. This value not only enhances our work environment but also translates into our team members’ personal lives. For instance:

  • Communicating Needs Clearly: At home, this skill allows them to have honest conversations with their partner, family, or friends asking for support or discussing important decisions in a way that strengthens their relationship.

  • Effective Parenting: They can be both firm and kind, setting clear expectations for their children while maintaining a loving and supportive atmosphere.

These real-life applications of our values help our team members grow as individuals, making them more empathetic and effective in their roles. This personal growth directly impacts the quality of service you receive at Experience Momentum.

My Personal Commitment to Our Team

As a parent of four children, ages 3 to 13, the importance of nurturing and supporting those we care about is ingrained in me. My oldest is about to enter high school, and I often wonder if her future employer will care for her as I care for my employees. Will they challenge her to reach her potential and support her in becoming the best version of herself? This perspective shapes how I view each new hire—as someone's child, deserving of care, challenge, and support.

The New Hire Orientation at Experience Momentum isn’t quite like anything I’ve ever seen or been a part of before. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to become a part of something bigger than myself. I had a lot of reflection time during the orientation and am now working towards being a better version of myself every day.

EMs Commitment to You

We believe that if our team members feel genuinely supported and cherished, they will go above and beyond to ensure you feel the same. Our focus is on developing our team members to ask themselves, "Who do I want to become?" We emphasize values like humility, self-awareness, vulnerability, and candidness, equipping them for success in all areas of life. This journey is not always easy, but it is worthwhile, and we aim for each team member to feel valued for who they are both while they are employed with us and beyond.

So, here is our commitment to you: We will work to continuously be adapting and growing, driven by our unwavering dedication to truly seeing, valuing, and cherishing you on your journey of health and wellness.

Your trust in us fuels our passion and inspires us to strive for excellence in every interaction. Thank you for being an integral part of our journey and for allowing us to be a part of yours.
